For extreme over-clocking sometimes a 5V fan will not have enough airflow. Or maybe you only have a 12V fan, and thus can't plug it directly into your Bitaxe.
This is a very capable 13V, 2A power supply to get just a bit more rpm and airflow from any 12V nominal fan. Has the standard PC fan 4 pin connector already installed. Also supports 12V PWM fans - they will run at full speed.
