If you have kids or pets in your house, or if you value your finger tips :), you should install a finger guard. I've selected this one because it doesn't restrict the airflow, is affordable, and the chrome or black looks good on the Squid.
Safety first!
When using M4 x 35mm bolts (supplied with the Giant Squid) and standard 25mm thick fans, there is enough bolt length to secure the finger guard to the Giant Squid.
