Talon and Giant Squid Hardware Options

Modify your Talon or Giant Squid order with the following options. If you want the default package (stainless steel hardware + default length fan bolts) then no need to add this to your order!

If you are ordering multiple Talons and/or Squids and want different options on each please send me an email!

Selections marked as 'Default' are included with every Talon/Squid order.

Hardware Color Choice (no charge!)

The default is 304 Stainless Steel for all bolts and washers. 

Black hardware is Grade 12.9 Steel and can add a unique look to certain color combinations. Note that the black hardware can come from the factory a little oily! Rubbing everything in a paper towel before installation usually removes most of the factory oils. The black hardware has a matte finish.

Note that standoffs are always brass.

Fan Bolt Length (Talon only)

The default is 45mm. This fits most recommended fans, with or without finger guards.

Longer 50mm bolts are required for thicker (>25mm) fans, like the Sudokoo Mach 140. Also some fans that are just a bit thicker than 25mm may need 50mm bolts if adding a finger guard. See details in the 140mm Talon Fans product page.

Upgrade price is the same regardless of number of Talons in order. Order only one!
